Gender & Ministry Class pt 3

Here’s the last week of our gender and ministry class - so it’s a long one! We continue in the New Testament by first taking a look at Paul’s vision for mutual interdependence in 1 Corinthians, followed by a look at 1 Timothy. How do gender roles manifest in the Old Testament? We take a closer look at whether male and female merely reflect the pattern of patriarchy in the culture, manifest God’s ideals, or reveal a journey that’s somewhere in between. This is a follow up to our class looking at gender and ministry.
