What is a Calling?

Calling can be exciting, but calling questions can immobilize us too. Richard and Dominic chat though some of the key questions to help us keep moving forward in our calling. Is ‘calling’ something we share in common, or individual to each of us… or both? How do you go about discovering it? And how do you step into it?
