Our Becoming Like Jesus series continues into the second half of Luke 9. We have an interesting chat about the nature and purpose of the strange mountaintop experience called the transfiguration. What follows looks like a strange mix of scenes, but we spot the pattern of priority and purpose - which Jesus finishes the chapter by speaking two with three great warnings about disrupted discipleship.
